Charcoal Fried Hokkien Noodle @ BBT1, Bukit Tinggi, Klang



Simple plate of Hokkien Mee done the traditional way, charcoal fired. Hokkien Mee that are fried with lard in a thick cast iron wok over charcoal fire, topped with generous amount of crispy lard pieces, noodles coated with thick dark soya sauce that gives the colour and brings out slight bitter aftertaste in your mouth.

The noodles were perfectly braised in dark sauce with a savoury wok taste, smooth and slippery textures. Consist a decent amount of ingredients like seafood such as prawns, vegetables and sliced lean meat but was topped with a generous amount of crispy pork lards.
 
Fried Hokkien Mee Hoon, RM6.00
Another good plate of aromatic mee hoon with lots of crispy fried pork lard.
