Preview of Bombers Burger @ Gaya Street
Lately there has been an increasing awareness of the awesomeness of home made burgers. That the traditional fast food joint can no longer occupy a big chunk of our subconscious consumer mind anymore. One such burger that will break into the scene is Bombers burger.
And if the pre-opening food tasting was anything to go by, then KKians are in for a whole new culinary adventure, in good old American style.
Just look at those burger patties, beautifully grilled over charcoal for that woody fragrance topped with cheese, sweetly caramelized onion, crispy lettuce, and tomatoes. One bite and you'll feel the savory juiciness of the thick beef patty, married together with the sweetness of the onion and a crunchy fresh lettuce just sends a really filling sensation through your whole body.
Of course that's just one of the 10 burger styles available just like a true American diner. Among others that we wish to highlight is the pulled chicken burger. The meat fibres of a chicken meat (cooked over low heat for a long time) are meticulously pulled then put together in between a burger bun. The gravy from where the chicken is boiled is also added on to make this burger even more juicy. Smothered with coleslaw and mustard, makes this burger an even more juicy affair. To borrow a phrase from Adam Richman of Man vs. Food, "you'll need a bath after this burger". We reckon this was said in good faith.
If 1 patty is not enough, then ask the good people at Bombers burger to top it up with more patties, more cottage fries, more lettuce, more hot sauce and even more awesome goodness. I mean just look at his fella, that pure satisfaction from his face just says it all.
If you are disappointed to have missed this preview, then come on over on the 18th of October 2012, Thursday, 12noon to 2pm in the afternoon. For a free Chili Dog, be the first 100 customers to walk in. The next 100 customers need only to pay RM2. Don't miss this for the world.
