Beef Noodle or more well-known as Ngiu Chap is a common dish you can find in KK. Near the wet market in Sembulan, there is an old place which serve pretty good Ngiu Chap, caters mostly to the local residents.

Your choice of noodle ( koay teow, mee or meehoon) served with beef brisket, beef intestine, meat ball and raddish, is known as Ngiu Chap (Mixed Beef Noodle) in KK. The beefy soup consist of mild herbs flavour with sweet-savoury taste. It goes well with the noodle as well as the ingredients.
