Hawker Stalls @ Bukit Padang

I've been here Kota Kinabalu on and off for the last 10 years, this was my first visit to Bukit Padang Hawker Stall. I saw some friends commented on the Facebook said the Ice Kacang here was the best in KK, so I really tempted to come, I was so happy when Paul and Shirley suggested that we go for Ice Kacang in Bukit Padang, can you imagine having ice kacang on a rainy day, haha. I'd never tried Yau Char Kwai spread with Kaya and Butter before, street food are the best food, cheap and good. The Kangkung Sotong here was different from KL cause they were using dark soy sauce but still taste delicious. Ice kacang...yummm this was the best ice kacang I ever had in KK although mine was without milk and coconut milk cause I am lactose intolerance, but the aroma from gula melaka syrup made it the best ice kacang in town, very cheap also. If you buy take away much more worth it, can serve 2 person and is only RM3....slurp. No wonder people that go Bukit Padang to exercise never slim down, instead they are putting on more weights, blame the good street food there! Maybe, that's their motivation to go exercise at Bukit Padang, primary goal - food, secondary goal - exercise...hmmmm, go gym better!
