Oregano Sweet and Sour Fish Recipe
Got some fishes and prawns from one of the gym’s member(Jane). Since I’m not a good cook and I seldom cook, I’ll always left out something when it comes to shopping for groceries. Without any exception, I forgot to buy onions for my sweet and sour fish. Only when I was half way through the cooking process, I noticed it.
Think and think...
A new idea popped up in my mind. In order to bring out some good aroma to my sweet and sour fish, I added some oregano spice and that comes my oregano sweet and sour fish.
Ingredients:
Fish
Corn Flour - half bowl
Green Pepper - 1
Red Chillies - 1
Tomatoes - 2
Ketchup – half bowl
Water – half bowl
White Vinegar – 2 tablespoons
Sugar – 1 tablespoon
Salt – 1 teaspoon
Oregano
As for the prawns, since I accidentally found a packet of A1 instant Tom Yum paste in the kitchen cabinet, I decided to use it for the prawns. Although it is a fast and easy way of cooking, I do added-in some lemon grass and coriander to bring out the aroma.
