HOW LEE COFFEE SHOP @ Foh San
Oh my! Today gym power cut again, this was the 4th time I taught Studio Cycle with no power supply, means no aircond, no lights, but I always standby my own speaker, although the sound was no loud but better then nothing. As usual, my members will never leave the class cause they already know I'll keep going, but fuh! This time was like, power cut for 30mins and today training intensity was hard, my heart rate at 90% all the time, everyone were almost out of breath, I have to keep on reminding them to go on their own pace, me almost died, no air, have to use water to cool myself and drink drink drink. When the power came back, everyone shouted gratefully cause they can continue cycling, members are just as hard working as me, we share the same goal and mind set now, class must be completed, it was a great class, Awesome...Awesome members...... floor were flooded at the end of the session. Can't tell you how good it feels! Endorphin...endorphin...high!
I'm all dried up (dehydrated), dinner with Monica, better go for porridge at Foh San, just around the corner, 5mins drive away from City Mall. I like this restaurant, serve food really fast, only porridge have to wait. We went there at 9pm so everything were serve in 5mins time. My favourite dish here is Braised Pork Knuckle w/ginger & vinegar, best ever for my taste bud, dunno about yours, even better then KL one and you'll see me ordering the same vegetable in every restaurant, Stir-Fried Sabah Sayur Manis w/egg, I love it.
