Little Italy Kota Kinabalu. (Next to Capitol Hotel) Yes, we were craving for Baked Sandwiches. So the best and ONLY place for baked sandwich is nonetheless LITTLE ITALY. We went there early before 6pm, so it was a breeze for us to get table / seats. As usual, we opted for Homemade Lemonade. Not too sweet and bit sourish. Very refreshing and really killed my thirst... Seafood Soup with Spaghetti. We just could't have enough of this seafood soup. Very clear tomato broth with lotsa of fresh seafood. Every single sip contains light tomato taste but very fresh seafood taste. Worth every penny of it. :) Thumbsss up!!!~~~ Ham and Cheese Baked Sandwich Also, couldn't have had enough of this. The sandwich top and base skin was baked until Super DUPER crisp. Sandwiched with lots of ham and cheese, fresh lettuce and some kind like cream cheese spread. Borneo Wild Restaurant Bundusan, Penampang. When we were out of idea where to dine, sure we would end up here - Borneo Wild Restaurant. :) We had my aunty's mum with us too for this dinner. So can't have anything too "fancy" or "exotic". :) "Funny Taste" Chicken It was a new dish and it's name also special "Guai Wei Ji". So we decided to give it a try. Quite good though. Served on sizzling plate and lotus leaf. So the dish was quite warm throughout our dinner and it tasted bit sourish, an apetizing dish. Stir Fried Bittergourd withPrawns Simple yet nice dish. Sweet and Sour Fish Also simple and nice. Fish fillets were fried until crispy and each pieces were coated with the sweet and sour sauce. Thumbs up!~~~ Their In-House Specialty Fried Tauhu We have tried this dish before. But, disappointed with this round. The tauhu tasted stale and bit sourish. I have eaten few pieces before I noticed though (too hungry :P). So, some pieces left ...

Every time passed-by Kingfisher shop lots, we spotted the happening spot at the bazaar. When comes to blog, sometimes, we just left out the most convenient place and rather travel far to search for interesting post. Compare to other bazaar, Kingfisher Bazaar was not huge but it included the restaurants nearby. Assorted local delicacy sell at Restoran Sri Juara Colourful desserts Fried Noodles Angeline bought some locals kuih here Next to Restoran Sri Juara, Mawie Restoran & Catering also sell some local delicacies Freshly fried murtabak Just right behind Mawie Restoran is Rasa Ria Cafe Then, opposite the few restaurants, there are some stalls selling local delicacies, it is the most happening spot at Kingfisher. The prices of the food is also cheap Assorted type of kuihs, fried noodles and laksa Freshly grilled fish Nasi Padang Freshly fried local pastries Grilled's stall Drinks Bought some Chicken Pie here.   ABC looks tempting too!    Tempted by the Nasi Kuning ...
