True to its theme, the Ramadan buffet menu created by SDCC’s Executive Chef Azmi Md Sidek features a wide array of mouthwatering Malaysian favourites that one would expect during the season.

Worthy of a mention are the twenty live action cooking stalls where dishes are either cooked ala minute or prepared fresh, such as Lok-lok Steamboat, Sup Berempah, Sizzling Hot Plate, Penang Fried Kway Teow, Assorted Satay, Masakan Kawah, Putu Mayam, Lemang, Shawarma, Tandoori Chicken and Naan and Assorted Cucur.

Buffet connoisseurs would definitely make a beeline for the Roasted Crispy Peking Duck, Roasted Whole Lamb as well as the Ikan Bakar stall serving seven types of fish.
To satisfy the colourful tastebuds of fellow Malaysians who are food enthusiasts, there is also a selection of International dishes that many are fond of, such as Grilled Mini Sirloin Steak, Assorted Sushi and Sashimi and Italiano Pizza.

Quench your thirst with truly-Malaysian drinks like Teh Tarik and Nescafe Tarik, Cincau, Soya Bean, Bandung, Barley Lime and Sugar Cane, and Special Fruit Smoothies among others.

Of course, no meal is complete without a sweet ending and the desserts selection will not disappoint, with a wide choice of cakes – both local and International. Local delights such as Tapai Pulut, Pulut Panggang, Wajik, Coconut Jelly, and the much-loved Crepe with Durian, are served side by side with the likes of Durian Cheesecake, Apple Crumble and Bread and Butter Pudding.
