Sandakan Noodle with Char Nyuk and Century Egg Dumpling RM7.00
Ordering the springy Sandakan Noodle is a must as it is one of the signature dish of Sandakan. The incredibly springy noodle texture mixed with delicious sauce topped with Char Nyuk (deep-fried pork marinated with fermented red beancurd) tasted really good. Their Pei Dan Gao (Century Egg Dumpling) is also a highly recommended dish. The century egg was nicely coated with a layer of minced pork and wrapped with dumpling skin.
Stuffed Beancurd RM5.00
Meaty beancurd puff stuffed with fish paste mixed minced pork served in soup is a side order you can find in their Menu.
Signature Tomachi Noodle, RM9.00
The Signature Tomachi Noodle consists of thickly-cut noodle (homemade), pork, fish maw, anchovies, pork ball, prawn and sabah vegetables. The noodle was really good, neither crunchy nor too soft, and its texture appeals to the teeth. The soup was tasty while the ingredients used was fresh and nice.
