Mixed Pork Noodle (Large) RM7.50
A bowl of porky goodness packed with pork meat, pork ball and pork innards, drenched in pork broth with your choice of noodle, is known as Sang Nyuk Mian in Sabah. First taste of the broth, it was savoury with a hint of sweetness, yet not too greasy. The pork meat was tender and smooth while its innards was well-cooked, without any unpleasant taste.
