Sang Yuk Mien RM5.50
The Soup version of Sang Yuk Mien consists of noodles drenched in a bowl of porky goodness.
Kon Lau Mien RM5.50
Commonly, KKians love to have the Sang Yuk Mien in dry style. The noodle was tossed in the mixture of flavourful black sauce, perhaps some pork oil to spice it up. To further enhance the flavour, don't forget to add some chili sauce which was spicy yet tantalizing.
Serving separately was the pork balls and pork meat, without the undesirable company of innards. The pork meat was smooth and tender while the pork ball and pork innards tasted good without unpleasant smell. The soup was delicious and aromatic.
