The dessert island.
The restaurant also features two semi private dining rooms, making this the ideal venue for family get-togethers, business or entertainment lunches and celebrations.
Baked Cheese Naan.
Murg Tariwala
Chicken cooked in onions and tomatoes in a home style cooked gravy. I must admit that I am a fan of spicy food. . . needless to elaborate, I love it. mama mia!
Meen Pollichathu
The highlight of this promotion include the Banana leaf wrapped fish, cooked with indian spices. It gives you a very aromatic coconut milk flavor, very tangy and creamy.
Kairiwali bhindi
Young okra stirr fried with onion, chiffonade of raw mango in a robust onion tomato masala. Robust, oh did I just mention robust? Yes! You're able to dig lots and lots of vegetables all in one pot!
Kerala Beef Fry
Stirred fry beef in curry leaves and coconut gravy. Similar to our Malay cuisine - rendang, but slightly 'wetter' and without a thick layer of palm oil floating on top!
Murgh Makhani and Murgh Malai Kebab
Tandoori roasted chicken tikka cooked in tomato curry with kasoori methi masala. Masala, masala, masala, nothing will go wrong with masala...chicken, beef, fish, seafood, vegetables... you name it.
Kale Moti Ki Briyani.
Gosht Briyani
Casserole of finest basmati rice cooked with tender lamb and aromatic Indian spices. Not a carb lover, but the long-grained fragrant basmati rice worth the calories. . . The rice was so richly flavored with ghee and butter, in the chomping process you get to bite big chunk of meat as well...
A variety of condiments...
Dal Khandahari
Malabar Prawn Curry.
These king prawns are gently simmered in red chilli, tamarind and tomato gravy, and finished with coconut milk. If curry is not your preference, opt for the Tandoori Tulsi Jhinga where the king prawns are marinated in yoghurt, roast garlic and cooked in clay oven. A lil bit sourish and sweet, I kept coming back for more...;P
Tandoori Tulsi Jhinga/ baked skewers of pounded lamb( seekh kebab)
The grilled prawns is a must try! The king prawns are sooooo succulent and fresh. *highly recommended*
Two types of dhal
Khadai
Stir fried cottage cheese with onions, sweet pepper, tomatoes and coriander seed and garnished with fresh coriander.
Pounded lamb with beet root.
Sausages , chicken and lamb.
I love the 'char' flavors that it gives. It's super carcinogetic, but I would say it's fantastic.
Strawberry cream cheesecake
Mosaic features a vibrant mix of local and international cuisine, complemented with interactive live cooking station including grill, wok, noodle and tandoor, plus a LARGEEEEE dessert bar. *raised eyebrow*After a protein packed dinner, I was looking forward to savor all the desserts! The traditional Indian desserts among which include the Mango Phirnee, a chilled basmati rice flour pudding flavored with mango and topped with pistachio flakes, and Gajrela, grated carrots slow cooked in recuded cream milk.
Chocolate desserts
The dessert bar offers an array of sweet delights to make me go weak in the knees over all the desserts.
Very divine chocolate desserts...
Blueberry muffins!
LOOK.AT.THE.RED BEANS...
oh, the desserts, I would love to sum up all to the word ' super gratifying and heavenly ' . No complaints at all. It was so so so good. I was contented to sample each and each serving of the petite desserts are just perfectly nice and sufficient to satisfy my sweet tooth. It's so inviting.... not just to the palate, but to the eye ... All desserts are equally delectable. Trust me... ;)In a nutshell, don't miss out Chef Rahul's Indian Cuisine as this Indian delights only last for 10 days!
