Eddy is the owner and primary operator of Bumbu Bali, formerly a chef in Hard Rock Cafe Asia, trained and stayed in Bali for a period of time, married with a Balinese wife. Since he was higly Bali influence, you can assured to get an authentic Balinese food here.

This is an interesting dish with so many selection of tasty items, Balinese grilled lemongrass prawns, sate lilit (minced seafood sate) so flavourful, tasty grilled fish, squid, beef rendang and a side bean salad. Added with some condiments on the side Sambel Terasi, Sambel Mateh and crunchy Anchovy Crackers that enhance you taste sensation.

Three combination appertizer come in a big serving portion where there is deep fried calamari, chicken wings and sate lilit (minced seafood serve on lemon grass stem).

Banana are grilled with sugar syrup till caramelized, serve with vanilla ice cream, top with shredded coconut candy, coconut milk, sugary sauce and peanut candy. The combination of caramelized banana and ice cream was a perfect match...we love it.
