The Mixed Fish Noodle comes with two version; the Kolo Mee version and the Soup version. If you opted for the Kolo Mee, it is serve with a bowl of Mixed Fish Soup and a plate of tossed-dry noodle mixed with flavourful sauce, topped with stuffed beancurd skin and garnished with spring onion. The Mixed Fish Soup contained fried fish fish, fresh fish fillet, fish ball, fish cake and fish maw.
Soup Noodle version is more simple as all ingredients were served together. You can get to savour the great taste of the Mixed Fish Noodle in a same bowl. The soup which consisted of tomato's flavour with sweet-savoury taste, was appetizing and delicious.
