Luk Luk Queen @ Lido Market

Image
It is not easy to be a food blogger in KK as we have to take the risk of being scold by people. Just to bring out more idea of place to eat in KK to our viewers, tonight, again we went out for food hunting. Knowing that we will, for sure, being scold by the boss, we still try our best to shoot some nice photos and share with our blog's viewers. This Luk Luk Queen used to be at Lintas but now have relocated to Lido Market, just right outside of Milimewa. Although they don't quite like the idea of promoting their stall in our blog and scolded us for taking their photos, we know that a lot of people are searching for this stall after it gone missing in Lintas. Hence, we insisted on blogging about their stall. No doubt, their food are really good too... Selection of Luk Luk (price vary from the colour of the stick) You have to pick your own selection and pass it to the boss You have a choice to boil of fried it There have sweet sauce, chilli sauce, extra hot chilli sauce and...

KIM FAH (BEAUFORT) RESTAURANT @ BUNDUSAN (WONG KWOK)

Image
Tonight we are heading to Bundusan, next to Wong Kwok Restaurant (Go Kart), for dinner. Allison recommended this place, she said they served nice assam fish here. I love assam fish, so must go, just to let you know that there are 3 branches of Kim Fah but I think only this Kim Fah (Beaufort) Restaurant at Wong Kwok area, food is nice, the other 2 branches, food just so so only, too oily. My mum always cooked a very delicous assam fish, our whole family favourite, this really taste like my mum's cooking, I love it. The other dish that's good is the 3 flavors pork rib (San Wei Pai Ku), seafood tofu (prawn, fresh) and I saw the table next to me other something very special as well, ask for their specailty when your order. If you order fried noodles, portion is quite big, value for money. I will definitely coming back for the "Assam Fish" (you can choose fish fillet, belly or head) and pork ribs, so yummy!  San Wei Pai Ku (3 Flavor Pork Ribs), Thumbs Up! Yummy...

Restaurant Kuo Man @ Sunny Garden

Image
Restaurant Kuo Man is located at Sunny Garden, opposite of Razz Ma Taz. This restaurant is very famous with it 'Ngiup Wat' (Beef) , ' Yu Wat' (Fish) , fresh fish fillets, fresh prawns and 'Ngiup Chap' . If you are lucky enough, you will get to eat their 'Ham Chin Peng' too (which is always sold out). We went to this restaurant for breakfast today. As we reached there around 11.30am, most of their specialties had been sold out. We only get to ordered Yu Wat , fresh prawn, Ngiup Wat and Ngiup Chap . Even their porridges are sold out. So, we ordered two kon lou mee. Ngiup wat mixed with fresh prawn RM6 (the beef tasted good and the prawn is very fresh) Ngiup chap RM6 (the soup have a strong herbs taste, I like it) Yu wat RM5 ( it was made from fresh fish, it tasted good) Kon lou mee RM1.50/plate (most people ordered kon lou mee, it tasted good, you can't find it in KL) Ratings: Food: 5/5 Service: 4/5 Cleanliness: 3/5

Krishna's Fish Head @ Taman Millenium, Penampang

Image
I think I really have to consider toning down the intensity of my Studio Cycle class, although everyone hit their target calories burned but they look very tired and exhausted after my class. I guess is getting extreme hard now, hmmmm, let see what i can do. Ok, time to think where to go for my dinner, decided, going for curry fish head. So far I'd only found one good Indian style curry fish head in KK, population of Indian are little in KK, so you hardly find any good Indian Mamak stall here. Krishna's Fish Head used to locate near Penampang Towering area, but moved to Tmn Millenium about a year ago, they bought their own block of shop and rented the other corner shop across the road for their restaurant, business are really good, especially weekend, fullhouse. The boss and staff are really friendly and efficient. Most important the food is good...delicious...yummy... that's my own rating, suit my taste buds. I think the curry fish head herbs aid digestion as well, hah...

Restaurant Tong Fung @ Inanam Jaya

Image
Restaurant Tong Fung is located at Inanam Jaya, left turn before Shell petrol station(you can see Petronas at the opposite road) after you pass by Chery (the China's car dealer). I think not much people know about this restaurant as they serves mostly to the workers around there. We got to know this place few months ago while meeting up a client. So, what is it so special about this restaurant? We all have heard about Restaurant Wan Wan and most of us know that the standard of their food had dropped. This Restaurant Tong Fung, is servings Fish Head Noodles, Yu Chap , Seafood Noodles and Tai Chow (almost the same dishes as you can find at Wan Wan but don't expect to see any menu or depend on them to recommend their specialty to you). We went there for lunch expecting to order more of their specialty and share it in our blog. Unfortunately, the staff was really clueless on recommending us with their shop's specialty. We have to do our own survey on other regular customers a...
