Our signature dish for this year is the highlight of "Novo Beef Wellington with fond de veau, beef cured salmon and roasted leg of lamb".

In our typical style, all meals were cooked using local vegetables, meats, and spices, and we offered dishes like salmon medallion seared in herbs and spices, roasted arrowhead chicken breast with cranberry-pecan stuffing, topped with peach, apricot and maple salsa, char-grilled beef tenderloin steak drizzled with blackberry sweet sauce with apricot ginger game hens, cauliflower ham gratin, she added.
