Guilin Rice Noodle with Beef RM7.50
The original Guilin Rice Noodle is served with pork, deep-fried pork or braised pork, which are available in their Menu as well. However, I opted for beef. The rice noodle was thicker than the usual rice vermicelli that we usually had. It has a rather chewy, smooth and enjoyable texture. Served with roasted peanuts, pickled long beans, spring onion, coriander and beef, seasoned with delicious braised sauce, the noodle was light and tasty.
