Moroccan Chickpea Pate
An exciting Christmas menu awaits any hungry visitors. First up, a choice of either Chicken liver pate or Moroccan Chickpea pate. This creamy chicken liver pate is creamy and soft, devoid of any bile residue taste. For the less adventurous, the Chickpea pate is not one to disappoint. That same creamy texture is present with an added woody aroma. Both goes well spread on a thin piece of toast.

Once you've gotten over that rich taste of pate, then its time to dig into the main course. There are 3 main courses to choose from :- Burbon glazed pork ribs, Roasted stuffed pork loin, or Traditional Roasted Chicken.
Stuffed Pork Loin
The stuffed pork loin was really tender and the stuffing lends its lightly sweet and aroma to the meat. The oozing bits of pork fats just sufficient to give the meat its natural savoury juices.
Traditional Roasted Chicken
Next is the Traditional Roasted Chicken. This meat spent a lot of quality roasting time with all the stuffing in it, and the resulting effect is just marvellous. The sweetness of apples, the rich aroma of sage and onion just brings this chicken alive with traditional English authenticity.
Burbon Glazed Pork Ribs
This next dish in our humble opinion, takes the crown. Roasted pork ribs glazed with bourbon. This long roasted ribs is so tender that the flesh just drops off the bone. The glaze gives the pork ribs a nice sweet and full bodied flavour.
All the main dishes comes with fondant potatoes, glazed carrots, roasted cinnamon pumpkin and gravy.
What other way to end a wonderful meal, but to indulge in some tradition Christmas dessert. 1 of the 2 choice is Christmas pudding with vanilla ice cream. Rich and moist chocolate cake with mincemeat, sans actual meat of course, so you get this fruity and sweet taste mixed with aromatic chocolatey taste.
The next dessert is a mini meringue nest with stewed fruit and ice cream. Cooled to a slight crunch with a soft core, this meringue really goes well with the sweet fruits. The addition of ice cream makes this a fun dessert for the holiday season.
