Kurma Ebi No Salada Uramaki RM32
Next, we had the boiled Whole King Prawn with vinegar-ed rice, mayonnaise, seaweed, crab meat stick, fish roe, tamago and cucumber. The succulent king prawn was so fresh, juicy and sweet. This highly recommended dish tasted amazingly good with distinctive flavours.
Stir-fried Ostrich Meat Bento
On this day, we were lucky to sample some of the Lunch Bento with a twist of Asian flavours. Ostrich Meat might not be a common meat that you consume daily. However, it tasted similar to lean beef but is low in fat and cholesterol. Stir-fried with onion in a dark sauce, it tasted sweet and savoury with delicate flavour. It goes really well with rice.
Stir-fried Venison with Black Pepper Bento
Venison meat is another healthy option to substitute beef. The meat, usually has a strong wild or gamey taste, hence cooking with a more intensely flavour sauce like Black Pepper sauce will help masked the gaminess. It tasted more tender than beef with a smooth texture. The dish tasted good with rice too.Sweet and Sour Seafood Bento
Stir-fried Beef with Ginger and Spring Onion Bento
A popular Asian dish, Stir-fried Beef with Ginger and Spring Onion, is a dish that you will never go wrong with. The beef was tender and sweet, while the spring onion gives it a very mild herb fragrance.Featured on GROUPON
