The next time you drop-by at Keng Wan Hing for some fresh buns, do try the Ngiu Chap there as well. Why? Because, surprisingly it wasn't bad at all.

Tender and soft Braised Beef enriched with herbs, served with tossed-dry noodle mixed with sauce. The gravy of the beef mixed with the noodle created a great combination of taste. It was good.
 
Served separately, the soup comes with beef stomach, beef ball and bean sprout. The soup was light but flavourful.
