We walk around the town just to look for an empty seat or table for dinner, finally we found one in Ang's Hotel Restaurant , so we settle here. As usual the service was poor here, wait for 15mins for them to take order but food were served in minutes, great! Hmm make sure you know waht you want to order before the captain come, if not sometime they're a bit impatience and you get scolded, don't balme them, restaurant to crowded, working non-stop. I love the Braised Duck, Braised Tofu and Braised Egg there. Not to forget, the simple dishes such as Fried Luncheon Meat and Fried Eggs with Preserved Raddish are also some of the good dishes to go with plain porridge. I can have it all day long. It had been a long time since the last time I saw a Teochew Porridge's stall in KK. When Angeline suggested to go to the Food Court at Beverly for the Tai Chow , I'm surprised to see a stall selling Teochew Porridge there.
