Vietnamese rice noodle is known for its smooth and silky texture. Served with very thin slices of raw beef which are lightly cooked by the hot broth in the bowl, the Rare Beef Pho depends greatly on its fresh ingredients. Pho Chu The done it really well as its beef were really fresh and sliced thinly. It was lightly cooked in the hot broth within seconds and tasted really tender and juicy.
Medium Rare Beef Pho
Medium Rare Beef Pho is another option available in their Menu. It is pretty similar with the Rare Beef Pho, except that its Beef were medium done.
Chicken Pho
The Chicken Pho consists of Vietnamese rice noodle served in flavourful clear broth, accompanied by shredded chicken and its condiments. The basil leaves, bean sprouts and their special chilli, brings a nice finishing touch to the dish. Its create a nice aromatic flavours to the plain and supposingly ordinary dish.
