Hu Tiu Mi Thap Cham @ Ho Chi Minh
Hu Tieu Mi is a Vietnamese Pork Noodle Soup, it is absolute my favorite that are made out of the Chinese-influenced noodle soup. The highlight was the clear soup, in order to achieve this, the pork bones used to make the broth needs to boiled and cleaned, and one has to be diligent about skimming off any fat or foam that rises to the surface.
