The Prosperity Combination Dish or Poon Choi is available during Chinese New Year (a huge pot comprising layers and layers of ingredients such as prawns, roasted pork, scallop, mushrooms, lined at the bottom with radish, to let the juices from the various meat on top to infuse into the otherwise bland vegetable)
