Kin No Uma Japanese Restaurant of the Palace of the Golder Horses fame recently had a collaboration with a Certified Chef from the Ministry of Royal Japan, Chef Tsuneyoshi Komatsu San. With approximately 50 years of experience in Japanese cuisine, Chef aspired to bring his love of Japanese food to Malaysia.

Chef Tsuneyoshi Komatsu San and the Palace of the Golden Horses had a dinner food tasting on the July 7, 2019. There we were hosted with much warmth and was introduced to Chef Tsuneyoshi's signature dishes, starting with an appetiser (Zensai) before we launched into a variety of Mains and ended with dessert (Dezato).
