Tonight, my friends suggested to bring me to a famous restaurant in Kuchai Lama for dinner. Big Nose Restaurant had been visited by numerous celebrities before. One of their main attraction is the good steamed fish that they serve.

Water, RM0.40 and Boiled Sugar Cane, RM3.00

Claypot Beancurd, RM10.00

The beancurd had been pre-fried to hold its shape, then, it was cooked with flavourful gravy which contained some vegetables and pork. Served in a claypot, the heats of the dish remained until we polished-up the dish. A delicious and flavourful dish. 

Oyster Sauce Lettuce, RM8.00

Steamed Fish, RM72.00

The Steamed Fish used river fishes. Prices were on the higher side but it is one of their signature dish. It was well-cooked. The meat was smooth and fresh. The sweet and succulent taste of the fish tantalized the taste buds even without any sauce.
