For those who were unaware, Mo Sang Kor is one of the famous BKT in Klang. Now that they had a branch in Puchong, I was more than happy to give it a try. Vegetables RM6.00 Fyi, authentic Klang BKT don't use the claypot gimmicks, only bowls are used. Normally, a small bowl serving for a single person. Braised Chicken Feet RM6.00 I like the Braised Chicken Feet. It was flavourful and soft. The skin of the chicken feet had absorbed the gravy very well. Pork Intestines RM6.00 When eating BKT, pork intestines are also something not to be miss. Although the soup given was very limited, it was extra-ordinarily good. The soup was very strong in flavours...

Fried Carrot Cake @ Segama

Image
Fried Carrot Cake's Stall Location: Opposite Mee Fook Yuen at Segama $$ Ratings: Food: 4/5 Service: 3/5 Cleanliness: 2.5/5 During my childhood, my mom always brought us to the hawker's stalls at Wai Sek Kai, Pudu for dinner. One of my favourite dish at the hawker's area was the Fried Carrot Cake. Being in KK, I seldom come across the Fried Carrot Cake's stall until recently when I passed-by Segama shop lots. I noticed the stall, hence, I wouldn't want to let go the chance to try it. Located under the bridge, opposite Mee Fook Yuen, this humble stall caters mostly for the passer-by at that area. Jack told me that he frequented the stall during the times he was working at KPMG. Since it was a tourists area, many tourists were attracted to get a bite of the Fried Carrot Cake too. The Carrot Cake was fried freshly on-the-spot. Fried Carrot Cake RM5.00 Simple ingredients such as eggs, preserved radish, bean sprouts and Chinese leeks were used to fry the Carrot C...

Okay, no offense for those who doesn't feel the same ways than I do. During the conference...

Restoran Apiwon @ Luyang

Image
Restoran Apiwon Location: In front of Cons Food, near Lintas Supermarket $$ Ratings: Food: 3/5 Service: 3/5 Cleanliness: 3/5 It was time to bring our car for service. After the car service, we went to Luyang area for breakfast. Jack told me to blog about Apiwon since both of us seldom visit the restaurant and couldn't recall how the food tasted anymore. Fish Ball and Seafood Noodle RM6.50 The shop was crowded with people early in the morning. Spotted most of the patrons nearby were having Fish Ball and Seafood Noodle, I opted for one too. It was not bad. The prawns were fresh and the fish balls was springy and tasted good. Beef Noodle RM6.50 The Beef Noodle's soup was clear and wasn't oily. The beef was tender and the beef ball was good. Overall taste, it was just okay. Chili Sauce My friend used to tell me that the main attraction of the shop was actually the chili sauce. The extra hot taste of the chili sauce enhanced the taste of the noodles.
