Fresh Fish Head Mee Hoon Soup, RM7.00
A bowl of home made recipe fish head noodle cooked in a special quality soup based, does not have chicken or pork bones smell. The fish used in this dish is fresh red snapper fillet and head which were pre-fried. Serving you non-soggy superior grade rice vermicelli, no used of Chinese rice wine in cooking cause of their fresh ingredients.
 
 
Marinated and deep fried red snapper fish fillet, sealing all the juiciness of fish, perfect to pair with their home made special chili sauce.
 
 

Traditional Pan Mee Soup, RM5.50
Traditional Pan Mee with the option of thin or hand tear. Noodle were serve together with crunchy fried anchovies, shredded black mushrooms, fish balls, fried shallots, potato leaves and also egg with a runny yolk.
 
 
 

Thai Style Beancurd, RM6.00
Deep fried home made tofu top with Thai chilli sauce, fresh shreded cucumber and peanut sesame seeds mix, such a perfect combination.
