Goku Raku Ramen @ Midvalley

This ramen restaurant is using the recipes of Mr.Teruhisa Shimizu, famous ramen master in Japan. Specialising in 2 types of broth, Tonkotsu (Pork Bone) and Gokuraku (Pork Bone, Vegetables and Chicken Claws), the broth are simmered for 48 hours to bring out its exquisite taste. Noodles are made daily, fresh, with their secret recipes and ramen making machine . Ahh! My comfort food, a bowl of quality piping hot soup and ingredients ramen.

Ice Lemon Water, RM2.00 and Ice Green Tea, RM2.00
Ultimate Tonkotsu Ramen, RM20.90
Top with char siew, egg, black fungus, spring onions, leek, bamboo shoots, seaweed and garlic oil. The noodles have a QQ or chewy texture. The hard boiled egg was well seasoned and I like the runny egg yolk.

Gokuraku Miso Ramen, RM20.90
The soup is fairly thick, minced pork was so tasty, fresh cooked sweet cabbage and dash of sesame seed, it's a delightful combination bring complex and savoury flavour. Although presentation wise, it wasn't impressived but me and mum give two thumbs up for the flavour and aroma...delicious. Must try this!!!
