Ramadan Buffet at ENAK KL, Starhill Gallery.

Thinking of giving you and your loved ones an Iftar treat? Besides hotel buffets, there are now more restaurants and cuisine selections for Muslims who do not wish to break fast at home. Behold the best of this year's Ramadan specials from this multiple award winning restaurant "Enak KL", serving the finest traditional Malay cuisines relying heavily on age-old family recipes. Enak KL was established in 2001 and serves an international clientele, owned and managed by Ms.Sherena Razaly. Enak KL is decorated and setup with nice charming kampung-style Malay setting. Kerabu Ikan Pari
This stingray salad has a luscious and tangy flavour from the key ingredient of lemongrass, lightly seasoned with salt, pepper, turmeric and sambal belacan.
Kerabu Mangga
This mango salad recipe will wake up your senses. It was tangy and full of texture, makes a great starter or side to just about anything.
Tempe Goreng Kentang
Tempe (fermented soybean cake) and potatoes are fried until golden and then tossed in a fiery sauce.

Ayam Percik
This beautiful seasoned and grilled chicken dish which basted with a spiced coconut milk gravy.

Sambal Tumis Udang Petai (signature dish)
The Sambal Tumis Udang is very fragrant; the prawns are stir-fry with chilli, onion, tamarind juice and layered with daun kadok (betel leaves).

Gulai Daging Kentang
Beef chunks are slowly cooked until tender and rich in flavour.
Ikan Asam Pedas Bendi
Delicious spicy sour fish curry with a distinct taste. One of my favourite dish.
Sago Gula Melaka
This beautiful dessert which is green in colour was served with santan and palm sugar. It was not overly sweet, just nice.
Pisang Karamel
The faint flavor of smoke and caramelized brown sugar do exquisite things to a banana. It simple but taste great!
