Before leaving Singapore, we managed to dropped by at Sin Swee Kee Hainanese Chicken Rice for lunch. It was one of the famous Chicken Rice in Singapore.

Steamed Chicken

We ordered the Set Lunch for 3 persons which cost $25. The Steamed Chicken was exceptionally good. Even the chicken's skin tasted good. The chicken texture was firm and smooth.

The rice itself was flavourful. It was probably cooked with chicken's fat. Fragrantly good.

Steamed Egg with Chicken Fat

The Steamed Egg was delicious. Smooth and flavourful. Rich in chicken flavour due to the chicken fat added.

Thai Chicken Salad

The Thai Chicken Salad was an appetizing dish. Sourish and spicy, it tasted pretty refreshing as well.

The Chili sauce and ginger sauce was good to go with the chicken.
