Coffee Tea had recently opened in 1Borneo. After a few attempts, finally, I managed to dine-in during non-peak hours where the shop was not too crowded. Total paid for dinner tonight was RM17.30.
The shop is really small and there wasn't much seats available.

Lime Plum, RM2.80
 
Sarawak Laksa, RM6.50
Food wise, the Sarawak Laksa tasted not bad.
