HonKee Porridge, established since 1949, with their signature dish of raw fish to go with the porridge. They have opened a new branch in Bandar Puteri Puchong. Fresh sliced raw fish are dunk in the porridge and cook it they way you like it, raw, semi-cooked or well-done, the steaming heat from porridge would be hot enough to cook the fish completely. How can we go without the Chinese crullers, never fail to order the You Tiao for my porridge. You Tiao is a long, golden-brown, deep fried strip of dough . Nicely done, not too salty or too oily.

The fish (Wan Yue in Chinese) served to us was so fresh it was translucent! Adding a dash of sesame oil and shredded ginger, spring onion and coriander to eat together with the smooth texture porridge

I love this, especially the fried intestines. Smooth and delicious porridge with crispy fried intestines, so good!
