Another day, another simple meal at Happy Restaurant. Monica was busy tonight, so I'm having my dinner alone. I'm hungry after my evening workout and just wanted to have a quick meal nearby. Yes, you're right, is Happy Restaurant! I'm a regular customer there.

Mui Hiong Salted Fish Braised Pork Belly

I don't really like the taste of Salted Fish but the taste of this dish is acceptable. The Braised Pork Belly was soft and tender with lots of gravy. With the saltiness and fragrant from salted fish, it tasted more flavourful.

Fried Egg Foo Yoong

A simple Fried Egg Foo Yoong is a dish that most people like and I'm not the exceptional one. Good to go with rice.
