Hokkien Mee
The Hokkien Mee was quite tasty. It is more on the sweet side. Good 'wok hei' and they used some pork lard to fry it. I love this!
Singapore Fried Meehoon
After tasted the Hokkien Mee, the Singapore fried Meehoon became less appealing. It was not bad. Good 'wok hei' and flavourful with curry taste. Portion was big and I could hardly finish it.
